Return conditions for goods of proper quality

The Consumer Protection Act gives our customers the right to return goods of proper quality within fourteen days if the product and packaging are in their original condition. Before making a return, you must contact the retail store where the purchase was made, or contact the managers responsible for your order if delivery was made by mail or courier. You will find the manager’s contacts in your personal account. Claims regarding the completeness of the goods are accepted only if there are no signs of their use, as well as if their original condition is preserved. In the event of a positive decision on the presence of a defect, our online store may exchange the defective goods for a new one. If the defect consisted in the absence of missing elements, then our online store will provide the necessary elements. It may take up to 21 days to process a defect application and make a decision according to the law, but we will do everything necessary to speed it up. We also ask you to pay attention to goods that are not subject to exchange or return if they are of proper quality. According to the law “On Consumer Protection”, the company may refuse the consumer the exchange and return of goods of proper quality if they belong to the categories specified in the current ““List of non-food products of good quality that are not subject to return and exchange”.
