Group drinking bowl with heating

The group tipping drinker (hereinafter referred to as the drinker) is designed to provide water to groups of cows in a tetherless livestock system. The drinker can be used both indoors and on walking areas in summer camps.

The drinker is available in climatic version U, placement category 2 according to GOST 15150-69 and is designed for operation in the temperature range from + 5C to + 40C and an altitude above sea level of no more than 1000 m.

We offer a drinking bowl that can be tipped over for draining water and cleaning. Connection to the water supply via a hose. Water flows through an efficient float valve up to 40 liters per minute. It is made of high-quality stainless steel in a size that ensures simultaneous drinking of 2 or 3 cows. It is also possible to order for a larger number of cows. There is a version for connection to a circulating heating system.

A valve mechanism with a large throughput of up to 35 l / min is used to fill the drinking bowls.

Trailer drinking bowls allow you to quickly, conveniently and easily service them during operation. Attached to concrete, floor with anchor bolts.

In water-heated drinking bowls, a system for heating and circulating water from the water supply and drinking bowls KET-15/380 is used. The system makes it possible to maintain warm water in the drinking bowls and prevent the valve mechanism and water in the drinking bowls from freezing.

The KET system has protection against “dry running”, a valve for releasing air from the water supply system, short-circuit protection, water temperature control, and a circulation pump. The water temperature is regulated by 6 kW and 9 kW switches.

The water supply system in the premises is made of PE-32×3 pipes, which are laid at a depth of 600 mm with insulation in trenches around the premises.
