Scraper installations for manure removal US-80, US-100 and US-120 are designed for round-the-clock cleaning of cattle manure from open manure passages with a width of 1.6 to 4.2 meters in cowsheds with a length of 80, 100 and 120 meters, respectively, with untethered box and combibox cattle keeping. The scraper operation is controlled by an electronic control system. It is designed for automated control of the manure removal process.
The control system performs the functions of controlling the electric drive and ensures the scraper operation in automatic or manual mode, protects the equipment from freezing to the floor, mechanical and electrical overload, short circuit, skew and loss of phases, and is also equipped with an automatic function of determining the end positions of the scraper movement. With the help of these installations, the floor in the cowshed will always be clean and dry, which contributes to the cleanliness of the animals, reduction of veterinary costs and high quality of milk.
These products are included in the list of domestic machinery and equipment for the agro-industrial complex, the cost of which is partially compensated by budget funds under the “Made in Ukraine” program. You can apply for reimbursement to the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and receive compensation of 25% of the cost of the products.
